My name is Dylan Hicks. By trade, I am a Physical Education teacher from Australia with post grad study in Exercise Science and Strength & Conditioning. I am the Head of Physical Education at a private college in Adelaide, plus tutoring in the Faculty of Exercise Science at Flinders University. My athletic background has primarily been in basketball and track & field, but I’m a lover of all sports and recreations.

I am the Head coach for the College Track Club, with a squad of athletes who compete locally and interstate over the sprint distances both in the amateur ranks and on the professional running circuit. We are always striving to improve and compete to a higher level both at the state and national level.

In the past I have spent time doing S&C work with adolescent, semi-professional and professional team sport athletes, and more recently began delivering Speed and Agility workshops for team sports, along with Coaching workshops designed to teach coaches about tactical periodisation.
